Blazo Gjorev's journey in the United States began in 2002 when he immigrated with a limited understanding of English. He secured a temporary job as a truck driver, which would change the course of his life forever.

 

Driven by a desire to succeed and a keen eye for opportunity, Gjorev noticed significant inefficiencies within the transportation industry. With an unwavering determination, he took it upon himself to learn and master the language while simultaneously devising new strategies to optimize the industry.

 

In 2005, Gjorev founded his first business that provided transportation services. Through hard work, dedication, and strategic planning, the company quickly became one of the largest in the Chicago metropolitan area.

 

In 2009, Gjorev was presented with an opportunity to acquire a struggling refrigerated transportation company. Despite its financial challenges, he saw immense potential and seized the opportunity to restructure the company. With a relentless work ethic and a strong commitment to growth, Gjorev successfully brought the company back to its former glory as a 50-year-old trucking business. The company was eventually sold to another reputable refrigerated trucking company in the United States.

 

Gjorev continued his entrepreneurial journey in 2012-2013 intending to create a platform that would enable small and medium-sized trucking businesses to compete in the market. He launched a series of companies that offered easy access to capital, sales, financing, insurance, and heavy consulting for truck and trailer owners. By aggregating buying power, providing access to modern technology, and sharing operational knowledge, Gjorev has helped over 350 trucking companies become more competitive and successful.
